019 was a year of significant anniversaries: the 60th for Birel ART, the 20th for the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals and a successful collaboration. An official supplier to the major annual Rotax event for eight years, Birel ART has confirmed its ability to produce quality chassis by supplying the Mini Max categories under the Compkart brand and DD2 under its own colours. A total of 108 drivers were satisfied with their mounts after six days of intense competition at the Italian circuit of Sarno, near Naples.
In line with its previous activities in the RMCGF, Birel ART provided a quality service to the participants in this 20th edition. The challenge of satisfying the Max DD2 and Mini Max drivers was masterfully taken up by the entire workforce of the Italian manufacturer, which was widely congratulated for its work on the evening of the race.

This is why our production is based on very rigorous processes using high-tech machines, to manufacture high-performance chassis throughout the year in all conditions. This year, Birel ART brought with it its CRY30 RX -S10- DD2 chassis, directly derived from the chassis that won the KZ World Championship recently in Lonato. The two drivers responsible for the Lissone brand’s historic world double, Marijn Kremers and Riccardo Longhi, were also present in Sarno to advise the DD2 drivers. A much appreciated premium service!
For the Mini Max category for 10-13 year olds, Birel ART offered the 950 mm Compkart Ranger 28 chassis manufactured in Italy for the American J3 Competition team. It is nothing more than the famous C28-S9, which has won many times all over the world, in a dynamic livery with fluorescent yellow tubes.
In both categories, Birel ART was once again able to record a high satisfaction index due to the fairness and performance of its chassis, as well as the competence and availability of its customer service. “In addition to supplying the chassis thanks to carefully planned logistics, we were able to meet all requests concerning service, advice, certain mechanical operations and the supply of spare parts,” added Ronni Sala.
The DD2 Final gave rise to an exceptional sporting confrontation between the top three throughout the event. The Czech specialist in the category, Petr Bezel finally won over Nicolas Picot of France and Xen de Ruwe of Slovenia in an event with a very high standard of racing.
In Mini Max, Frenchman Jolan Raccamier won ahead of his compatriot Andy Ratel after a final twist on the last lap, with the Australian Costa Toparis taking 3rd place.
